• Account details — your name, email address and password when you create an account.
• Order details — delivery address, phone number, the products you order and your order history.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Paystack. We receive a payment reference and status; we do not store your full card details.
• Uploads — payment receipts or product review photos that you choose to upload.
• Usage data — pages viewed, approximate country, device type and IP address, used to keep the service secure and to improve it.

• To process orders, arrange freight and deliver your goods.
• To confirm payments and issue receipts.
• To send order updates by email, and by WhatsApp if you have not opted out.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect fraud and protect the security of the service.

We share only what is necessary with the providers that run the service on our behalf: our payment processor (Paystack), our email delivery provider, our hosting and database provider, and the courier or freight partner delivering your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Order and receipt records are kept for as long as we need them to support you and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete your account.

• You can view and update your orders and details in the account area of the app.
• You can opt out of WhatsApp order notifications from the tracking page at any time.
• You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by emailing us.

Preob Market is intended for adults purchasing goods. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date below shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be announced in the app.
